Polyimide (PI / Kapton) Tape
Polyimide Tape, commonly called Kapton Tape or Gold Finger Tape, is coated with high-temperature silicone adhesive on premium polyimide film base.
It features excellent high temperature resistance, superior electrical insulation, chemical resistance and good mechanical strength. It keeps stable from -40C to 260C, withstands instant high temperature up to 380C, and leaves no residue after peeling off.
Widely used for PCB gold finger protection during wave soldering and reflow soldering, SMT masking, FPC fixing, motor & transformer coil insulation, lithium battery insulation, high-temperature spraying masking, automotive electronics and aerospace wiring protection.
Comply with RoHS & Halogen-free standards. Custom thickness, width, length, ESD anti-static, flame retardant and black shaded types are available.
